• Description:
• The subject of the contract is the provision of services for loading waste in the sense of the generally considered first regulations, according to the law. 541/2020 Coll., on waste and related regulations, in the meaning of the later regulations, and carry out the activity: take over waste by another authorized person, transport waste, use or removal of waste produced at individual facilities VZ 812900 City of Libav in 2026. The service will be gradually paid in installments (i.e. by hundreds) on the basis of individual installments of written orders for payment, according to the current needs of the client with specific deadlines (the expected number of orders in 2026 is two, according to previous agreements with the supplier, according to the provider). A written record will be made of the delivery and collection of waste. The total type and expected amount of waste is indicated in the draft Rmcov agreement and in the auxiliary table of the calculation prices .xls, which forms the task documentation area. By accepting the offer, the employee confirms that he/she agrees with the General Business Terms and Conditions of the Ministry of Defense (in the current version published on the contractor's profile) and with the terms and conditions of the contract. The contracting authority does not accept the variant one.
