Description: The subject of this public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement in the field of applied research and innovation for the TIRDMSMT015 program project entitled "Framework agreement for research on the implementation of strategic documents of education policy", which envisages future involvement of several participants framework agreement, project framework and specific conditions of performance in the so-called mini-tender. The most suitable participant or participants selected by the Provider will fulfill the subject of the public contract in the mini-tender by implementing the research, development and innovation project according to § 2 par. h) ZPVV and become recipients of support according to § 2 par. 2 let. c) of the same Act. The provider will be listed in the contract as a support provider according to § 2 par. 2 let. a) ZPVV.
