- The contracting authority has divided this Public Contract into two parts listed below in accordance with § 35 ZZVZ:
1.Framework agreement for the renewal of public lighting in coordination for the period of 2023-2025 - part I.
2.Framework agreement for the renewal of public lighting in coordination for the period 2023-2025 part II.
Subject of performanceeach part of this Public Contract is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement with one (1) selected supplier to ensure the gradual replacement, construction or modification of masts, lamps, cable lines, switchboards and other public lighting equipment (hereinafter also referred to as "VO") in the territory of the capital city of Prague , and that at partmaterial provision by the Client (selected types of masts and booms, lighting fixtures and switchboards). The activities in question will be requested in mutual coordination with a third party. The coordination will mainly consist in (i) the cooperation of the selected suppliers in each part of this Public Contract and the supplierof managers of surfaces and other engineering networks and (ii) administrative coordination, including negotiations with relevant authorities and synergistic third parties. her Mrřiloh.
