Description: The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with one participant in accordance with § 131 of the Public Procurement Act for each part of the public contract, with a total of up to 6 vehicles. Within part of VZ 1, the contracting authority guarantees the collection of 2 vehicles and within part of VZ 2, the contracting authority guarantees the collection of 1 vehicle. The subject of performance will include the commissioning of each vehicle and training of vehicle users to operate them, equipping vehicles with mandatory equipment, installation of the required vehicle equipment, at least 40 liters of fuel in the tank of each handed over vehicle, incl. replenishment of all other operating fluids. The seller will also provide the buyer with all the documents necessary for the proper operation of the vehicle (large technical certificate, service book, operating instructions in the Czech language, etc.). When executing the order, the seller must respect all binding and valid Czech technical standards and valid safety regulations.
