- The purpose of the public contract is to conclude a framework agreement for a period of 3 years, the framework agreement will be concluded between the contracting authority and at least two participants in the procurement procedure. Therefore, individual public contracts will be awarded on the basis of a framework agreement in a procedure with the renewal of competition between participants in the framework agreement.
Subject VZ includes:
a) deliveries of hardware equipment of server infrastructure of data centers and RP infrastructure, including standard software and necessary licenses (hereinafter referred to as "goods"), including assembly of goods and related installation work and transfer of ownership of goods to VZP ČR;
b ) providing a guaranteeky for the delivered goods with support in increased parameters for a duration of 60 months under the conditions agreed in the Framework Agreement (hereinafter also referred to as "Warranty Support")";
c) provision of subsequent SW support in the event that it is part of the goods, i.e. ensuring access
and download/replacement options for all updates (upgrade) of the delivered SW
and its use for a period of 36 months from the end of Warranty Support or until the end of technical support by the manufacturer (End of Support), whichever event occurs first (hereinafter also referred to as "Subsequent SW Support");
d) providing/ securing a non-exclusive license for the duration of the property rights to the sofatware, which is an integral and inseparable part of the performance provided, including all updates obtained as part of the Warranty Support and Follow-up SW Support, for use within the VZP CR for all supplied functionalities/software; (workshop will be present... - Documents :
