- The purpose of the public contract is to conclude a framework agreement for a period of 3 years to ensure the supply of hardware equipment for the server infrastructure of data centers and the infrastructure of RP, including standard software and the necessary licenses, incl. warranty and follow-up support. The framework agreement will be concluded between the contracting authority and alat least two participants in the procurement procedure. Therefore, individual public contracts will be awarded on the basis of the Framework Agreement in a procedure with the renewal of competition between the participants of the Framework Agreement according to ยง 132 paragraph 3 letter a) ZZVZ.
