• Framework agreement for the provision of the services of the OSH coordinator The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of one (1) Framework Agreement with one (1) supplier for the provision of services consisting of the activities of the health safety and health protection coordinator at work (hereinafter referred to as "Health and Safety") on the Client's projects in locations in the territory of the capital. m. of Prague, to the extent specifically determined in the individual sub-calls issued by the Contracting Authority in accordance with the binding draft of the Framework Agreement, which is Annex No. 1 of this tender documentation. The content of the service is the provision of a coordinator in accordance with Act No. 309/2006 Coll., on the provision of other health and safety conditions, as amended, and in accordance with Government Regulation No. 591/2006 Coll., on further minimum requirements for safety and health protection at work on the construction site, as amended.
