Description:
The subject of the procurement procedure is the negotiation of a Framework Agreement entitled "FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT - Provision of Scaffolding Works, Temelin Nuclear Power Plant", which is submitted in the form of a Negotiation Procedure with publication in accordance with § 161 ZZVZ.
The subject of public contracts awarded on the basis of the Framework Agreement is the Supplier's obligation at its own expense and risk for the Customer under the conditions specified in the RD and in the Subcontracts, to ensure for the Customer on the basis of the Subcontracts the volume of scaffolding work required by the Customer, in particular to the extent of:
- preparation and security of the workplace:
delineation and provision of space for the construction of scaffolding and work associated with it
- assembly and disassembly of various types of scaffolding from individual elements and parts:
includes assembly and disassembly of various types of scaffolding (e.g. system, tubular, mobile) from individual elements and parts
-assembly and disassembly of auxiliary, protective and arresting structures:
it's about construction constructions that ensure the safety of work at heights and protection against the fall of material or people

-handling loads and materials:
moving and lifting elements of scaffolding and other material, using lifting devices or hand tools.
