- The subject of this public contract is to ensure the development and integration of HMP software operated on the GINIS ENTERPRISE platform incl. electronic file services in the form of the supply of software and services, while these services mainly include the supply of new software licenses, impmaintenance and configuration of software, basic support consisting of providing SW maintenance (update and upgrade) (hereinafter also referred to as "regular software support") and extended support including administrative work, processing of complete implementation, operational and security documentation, realimplementation of stress, acceptance and safety tests, assistance with test operation including increased support after the start of production operation, training for the delivered solution, professional consultation and project management, as well as analytical and conceptual work, creation of strategic development materials,carrying out qualified studies and analyzes and project documentation.
