• Framework agreement on the provision of consulting and advisory services - preparation of the PPP project
  The purpose of the procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement according to § 131 of the Act with one supplier. The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded on the basis of a framework agreement will be the provision of consulting and advisory services for the needs of the contracting authority. The subject of performance of public contracts awarded on the basis of a framework agreement is broadly specified in the draft framework agreement (annex of the procurement documentation). The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement is the provision of qualified services in the preparation of the PPP project Reconstruction, modernization and operation of public lighting in Pilsen. This is the provision of consulting and advisory services in the field of project management, the provision of consultations in the field of quality management, economic consultancy and other advisory services.
