• FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT - PROVISION OF ACTIVITIES FOR SSZ AND SHZ EQUIPMENT IN THE AREA OF THE ENGINE ROOM LOGICAL UNIT AND THE OUTDOOR LOGICAL UNIT OF THE DUKOVANY NUCLEAR POWER PLANT The subject of the procurement procedure is the negotiation of a Framework Agreement entitled "FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT - PROVISION OF ACTIVITIES ON EQUIPMENT OF SSZ AND SHZ IN THE AREA OF THE ENGINE ROOM LOGICAL UNIT AND THE OUTDOOR LOGICAL UNIT OF THE DUKOVANY NUCLEAR POWER PLANT', which is submitted in the form of a Negotiation procedure with publication according to § 161 ZZVZ. The subject of individual Subcontracts concluded on the basis of the Framework of the Agreement is the Supplier's obligation, at its own expense and risk to the Customer under the conditions specified in the RD and in the Subcontracts, to ensure the execution of the fixed complex activities required by the Customer and the volume of performance hours within the framework of maintenance, repairs and controls: -stable water sprinkler systems (SSZ), - stable CO2 fire extinguishers (SHZ), -stable aerosol device for DG1-12 (AHZ), -stable sprinkler device for DG1-12 (RHZ), - stable fire extinguishers NOVEC 1230 HU 01-11 Precise the definition of the Subject of public contracts awarded on the basis of the Framework Agreement and other requirements for its implementation, including information, conditions, specifications and other data, are specified in detail in Part 3 of the Tender Documentation.
