TITLE: Framework agreement on providing consulting services when applying standards time

Description: The subject of public procurement is the provision of advisory services representing independent and technical advice on advanced application of contractual standards time in the implementation of construction work and the provision of services with a focus on standards time, tools BIM and other instruments leading to quality and efficient spending of public funds. In particular, the following circuits of activities will be the subject of performance of the public contract:
- Implementation of contractual standards time, tools BIM,
- Advice in connection with applications of BIM methodology during the construction cycle of projects,
- Consulting in connection with standard applications Time to contractual documents and in the construction cycle of projects,
- Technical assistance and advice on the technical specifications of contracts for application of standards time, BIM counseling tools must not be in conflict of interest, ie is not owned or personally linked to the designer or subcontractor for the projector at the project. - Documents :
