Description:
The subject of the framework agreement will be to award sub -public contracts for the implementation of specific project work for small orders of roads realized according to the contractual conditions of Red Book and Yellow Book including accessories (eg lighting, noise walls, etc.), including the performance of the engineeringActivities, property activities, copyright and technical assistance to the Client, according to the current needs of the Client.
The framework agreement will be primarily intended for awarding sub -public contracts for project work for investment buildings, not for repairs of buildings.Work for small contracts of PK buildings according to Red Book and Yellow Book 2025
The subject of the public contract for the conclusion of the framework agreement will be to enter services for the processing of the project documentation of all required project levels for the construction of roads implemented according to the contractual conditions of Red Book and YellowBook. It will be processed in accordance with Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. on documentation of buildings, as amended, with Decree No. 146/2008 Coll. on the scope and content of project documentation of transport constructions, as amended and a directive for the documentation of roads approved by the Ministry of Transport. FrameworkThe agreement will be concluded with eight participants for 48 months.services
