- The purpose of the Framework Agreement is the awarding of partial public contracts for the implementation of specific project works for large contracts for the construction of roads implemented according to the RED BOOK and YELLOW BOOK contractual conditions, including accessories (e.g. lighting, noise barriers, etc.), including the performance of engineeringactivities, property law activities, copyright supervision and technical assistance to the Customer, according to the Customer's needs.
The framework agreement is primarily intended for the awarding of partial public contracts for project work for capital buildings, not for building repairs.
