Description:
The subject of performance of the public contract is to conclude a framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract" or "Framework Agreement"). The subject of the contract is to implement project activities according to the requirements of the contracting authority. The framework agreement will be closed with a maximum of five suppliers. In the event that less than 5 of the tendering procedure Suppliers, the contracting authority reserves the right to conclude a framework agreement with these suppliers, but at least two suppliers. The contracting authority points out that in accordance with Section 133 (3) of the Public Procurement Act, the framework agreement cannot be concluded with one supplier. This procedure will be applied provided that the offer of these Suppliers will meet all requirements of the contracting authority and the conditions set out in the tender conditions. On the basis of the contract, the contracting authority will always order the performance in time and to the extent according to its current need.
