Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract for the conclusion of the Framework Agreement will be the provision of services according to this procurement documentation and its annexes. In the case of fulfillment of the conditions according to § 133, paragraph 2 of the ZZVZ, the contracting authority is entitled to conclude the Framework Agreement even with a smaller number of participants. On on the basis of the Framework Agreement, the contracting authority will award individual sub-contracts to selected suppliers for the provision of services consisting of the supervision of the builder, including the performance of the health and safety coordinator and including related technical assistance and according to current needs of the contracting authority on road constructions carried out on the basis of FIDIC contract conditions, red or yellow book with the estimated value of construction costs usually exceeding CZK 1.5 billion excluding VAT and on road constructions, which include tunnel.
