Description: The subject of the public contract is to modernize (including the implementation of the Fixing Repair of PHIs and possible repair of repair (SOPs) and approved status (ZSS)) to 16 pcs of BDMTEE Personal Railways (BDMTEE 275 and 281 modernization on BDMTEE 267 vehicles - With a train platoon and BDMTEE 268 - without a train platoon) owned by the Contracting Authority (hereinafter referred to as "the car" or "cars"), including copying authority of the relevant technical documentation within the scope and structure of the supplement to the technical conditions according to Annex no. 4 Decrees of the Ministry of Transport ČR No. 173/1995 Coll. As amended and including the provision and handover of the contracting authority of all necessary documents (ie all necessary permits, approval and consent), which will allow the contracting authority and without restrictions to operate and use modified cars at national and regional lines and the sides of the Czech Republic.
