The framework agreement is to be concluded in the tender procedure - for a definite period of 2 years (24 calendar months) or until the total maximum price for the subject of performance, which corresponds to the estimated value of this public contract, depending on which the decisive event occurs earlier.Control is the conclusion of a framework agreement that will modify the framework conditions of the awarding of individual public contracts, the subject of which will be repeated deliveries of ventilation units of IVC system, stop stations (boxes), unilateral IVC stands for min. 80 IVC breeding containers, eventually. for min. 70 IVC breedingVesters and IVC fully equipped breeding containers, including drinking or label holders, to the extent specified in Annex 7 ZD and the design of the framework agreement, which forms Annex 2 ZD.
When processing the offer, the participant will fill in all items listed in Annex 5 of this tender documentation - the Bidth FormPrices where this table will also form Annex 1 Framework Agreements. The selected supplier will be obliged to provide the contracting authority for the same, resp. lower unit price as stated in the attachment in question.
