The subject of the Framework Agreement is the adjustment of conditions in relation to partial public procurement (implementing contracts) by the contracting authority under the Framework Agreement throughout its duration. The conclusion of partial implementation contracts under the Framework Agreement will be implemented by the Contracting Authority so that individual performance will always be entered by the selected supplier on the basis of the submission of the implementation contract accepted by the Supplier, which will be confirmed by a mutual signature of the implementing agreement.
