Description: On the basis of this tender procedure, a framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Framework Agreement" or "Agreement") will be concluded for the processing of geodetic documents for property settlement, including occupation reports, securing consent declarations, consulting in the real estate cadastre, including engineering activities documents for the insertion of legal documents into the real estate cadastre or the elimination of discrepancies in the real estate cadastre held by the client; carrying out mapping work and other necessary geodetic surveys (eg finding underground lines), survey of engineering networks in the documentation of administrators, detailed focus of technical objects, construction of measuring networks, including their stabilization (hereinafter "Services"), with 5 participants for 4 flight. Based on the Framework Agreement, the Contracting Authority will award its public contracts to its participants for individual services consisting in the provision of Services according to the current needs of the Contracting Authority.
