- The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of geodetic services with several suppliers, while the contracting authority intends, in accordance with § 131 of the Act, to conclude a framework agreement with all participants who meet the requirements for proving qualifications and fulfill the contracting authority's terms of reference. Subject to partial ordersare the supplier's activities, work, services and other performances commissioned by the contracting authority in four main areas:
focus for the contracting authority's project and pre-implementation activities; targeting of implemented "contractor actions"; targeting warehouse areas and activities on the contractor's product pipeline network and targeting areasof gas stations of the contracting authority.
