Description: The aim of the tendering procedure is to conclude a frame agreement within the meaning of Section 131 et seq. of the law with one supplier. The performance will take place in accordance with Section 134 of the Act, ie without the restoration of the competition for 4 years of the Framework Agreement.
The subject of the performance of the public contract is to carry out construction work, in particular according to Annex 1 to the proposal of the framework agreement, which is Annex 2 of these Terms and Conditions or according to the contracting authority. The realization will take place on real estate managed by the General University Hospital in Prague (contracting authorities), on the basis of a framework agreement and partial orders according to the framework agreement, to the extent and in accordance with the tender conditions.
Real estate managed by the General University Hospital in Prague (VFN) is concentrated in several areas, including in the Prague conservation area and many of them are a cultural monument. For these properties, the VFN carries out continuous maintenance and gradual renewal in relation to the construction -technical condition of buildings.
