Description: The subject of this Public Contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement in the sense of § 131 of the Act, on the basis of which public contracts for equipment of type 750.7 type will be awarded to the only selected participant in accordance with the procedure defined in the Framework Agreement Level 2 (L2) level compliant with Basic Standard 3 (Baseline 3) in version 3.4.0 with the guarantee that the future transition to version 3.6.0 will be possible only by software means (without hardware replacement), or compliant from the beginning with version 3.6.0, according to the ERA technical specification in accordance with the technical specification for interoperability according to European Commission Regulation 2016/919 (TSI-CCS) (hereinafter also referred to as the "ETCS mobile part"), and in accordance other valid legal regulations and the National ERTMS Implementation Plan in the conditions of the Czech railway system.
