• Description:
• The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Framework Agreement" or "RD"). The subject of the Framework Agreement is the management and servicing of charging stations ("DS") managed by TSK, through which charging services are provided to the public electric cars. The subject of management and service provided by the selected Supplier will be 2 types of DS, namely DS type 1 - AC (also called "slow"), and DS type 2 - DC (also called "fast"). The DS will also include payment terminals ("PT") that can be integrated into the DS or separate, providing combined service of several DS. Based on the Framework Agreement, the Selected Supplier will provide the following services to the Client: • Implementation of the System, i.e. the software tool selected by the Supplier, which will provide functionality, or contain the modules specified in the Framework Agreement and its annexes ("System"), • operation of the System for the entire duration of the RD, or partial contracts concluded on its basis, as well as the implementation of the Development and modifications of the System according to the specific requirements of the Client; • takeover DS/PT for administration and service, including in particular connecting DS/PT to the System and taking over DS/PT for servicing, • performing DS/PT service in the form of regular maintenance, as well as Additional service (on order), • electric car charging service including insurance top-up, mediation of payments for top-up, collection of payments for top-up and their deposit to the account designated by the Client, all this to the extent and under the conditions set out in detail in the Framework Agreement and its annexes...
