Description:
The subject of the public contract is to conclude framework agreements for a fixed -term period, for 48 months from the date of entry into force of the framework agreements. Framework agreements will be concluded for each part of the public contract separately.
The subject of framework agreements is to determine the conditions and procedure for entering partial public procurement Entering them on the basis of them ("partial contracts"), the subject of which will be ensured by the necessary capacities of IT professionals for implementation services for information systems including backend and queues, system integration and services of user support and operation and development Information systems, modules, applications and/or functionalities. These services will be provided on the basis of FIX TIME FIX PRICE, TIME & MATERIAL or L by Palkal Services. Combination of these methods according to the nature of the partial contract.
Terms of performance of framework agreements and partial contracts are defined in detail in binding Design of framework agreements and their attachments, with a binding proposal for the framework agreement for part 1 of the public contracts forming Annex 14 to the tender documentation, the binding proposal of the framework agreement for part 2 of the public contracts is Annex 15 to the tender documentation, a binding framework agreement for Part 3 of the public The contracts consist of Annex 16 The tender documentation and the binding proposal of the framework agreement for part 4 of the Public Procurement shall form Annex No. 17 of the tender documentation (in summary as a "framework agreement" or individually as a "framework agreement").
