• Description:
• The subject is the conclusion of a framework agreement pursuant to Section 131 et seq. ZZVZ in parts 1 and 2, namely in each of the parts with one selected supplier for a fixed period, i.e. for a period of 48 months from the date of entry into force of the relevant framework agreement. The subject of each of the framework agreements is determination of the conditions and procedure for the awarding of partial public contracts for the provision of services for the rental of fixed optical circuits, or services ensuring connectivity with other technologies for the access points of the contractor's camera system, including providing related services of electronic communications and other related services of the provider in both parts of the public contract. Rental of fixed optical circuits The subject of part 1 is the provision of rental services of fixed optical circuits for access points camera system of the contracting authority and other services of the provider, in order to ensure connectivity between point A and point B. Ensuring connectivity with other technologies The subject of part 2 is the provision of services to ensure connectivity for camera access points of the contracting authority's system through alternative technologies other than optical fibers. The services also include the design, installation, configuration and commissioning of network solutions using wireless technologies (e.g. 5G) or other types of cable technologies (e.g. Ethernet), which will ensure stable, secure and fast high-resolution video transmission in real time between the access points and the central camera system.
