- The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement according to § 131 et seq. ZZVZ between the contracting authority and several participants for carrying out forestry activities, especially mining and cultivation work. The subject of the public contract is specified in detail in the technological sheets, which are Annex No. 5 of the procurement documentation.
