Description: The subject of this public contract is to conclude a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 131 of the Act, on the basis of the single selected participant in the procedure defined in the Framework Agreement, public contracts for the equipment series series 380, for a total of 20 railway rail vehicles of the Controller of the ETCS Application Mobile Parts Level 2 (L2) Compliant 3 (Baseline 3) in version 3.4.0 with a guarantee that future transition to version 3.6.0 can only be performed by software means (without hardware replacement), respectively. Sufficient since the beginning of version 3.6.0, according to the ERA technical specifications in accordance with the technical specifications for interoperability under the European Commission Regulation no. 2016/919 (TSI-CCS) (hereinafter referred to as "ETCS Mobile Part"), and in accordance with Other applicable legislation and national ERTMS implementation plan in the Czech railway system.
