Description: The subject of this public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 131 of the Act, on the basis of the single selected participant in the Procedure in the Framework Agreement, public contracts are entered on the equipment series 471, for a total of 82 railway rail vehicles, the Contracting Authority of the ETCS Application Mobile Parts Level 2 (L2) Compliant 3 (Baseline 3) in version 3.4.0 with a guarantee that future transition to version 3.6.0 can only be done by software means (without hardware replacement), respectively. Sufficient since the beginning of version 3.6.0, according to the technical specifications ERA in accordance with the technical specifications for interoperability under the European Commission Regulation no. 2016/919 (TSI-CCS) (hereinafter referred to as "ETCS Mobile Partly"), and in accordance with Other applicable legislation and national implementation plan ERTMS in the conditions of the Czech rail system.
