Description: The subject of the Public Procurement is the supply of hot asphalt mixtures of ACO 11 and ACO 8 for repair of local roads in the city of Hradec Králové in anticipated total volume of 4,000 tons (hot asphalt mix type ACO 11, Prerequisite 2.700 tonnes, hot asphalt mix type ACO 8 , Prerequisite for 1,300 tonnes), implemented according to current needs of the contracting authority in 2021 from the effective date of the framework purchase contract. The goods will be transported by its own mechanisms of the contracting authority, the goods will be taken directly in the packaging.
Based on this procurement procedure, the Framework Purchase Agreement will be concluded (Framework Agreement pursuant to Section 131 et seq. Law, only with one participant).
