- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with the renewal of competition between the contracting authority and at least four suppliers (if the framework agreement is not concluded with several suppliers in accordance with the rules for the evaluation of bids for the conclusion of a framework agreement), on the basis of which public contracts will be awarded forpreparation of studies, project documentation (degrees: DUR, DSP, merged DUR DSP, OPS) and performance of author's supervision within the framework of water management constructions.
