- The subject of the public contract for the conclusion of a framework agreement, which will be concluded for a duration of 48 months with six participants as part of the procurement procedure, is the provision of services according to this procurement documentation and its annexes. In the case of fulfillment of the conditions according to ยง 133, paragraph 2 of the ZZVZ, the contracting authority is entitled to concludet framework agreement even with a smaller number of participants. On the basis of the Framework Agreement, the contracting authority will award to the participants of the Framework Agreement individual subcontracts for services according to the current needs of the contracting authority, throughout the territory of the Czech Republic. On the basis of the framework agreement, the contracting authority will assign unity to its participantspartial contracts for services consisting in the implementation of construction supervision on road constructions, including the performance of the OSH coordinator, including related technical assistance, according to the current needs of the contracting authority.
