Licensing of all VMware software (excluding Fusion, Workstation and VMplayer).
Provision of Support and Subscription Support and Subscription (hereinafter referred to as "SnS") for new licenses in the 7x24 mode, for a period of 1 to 4 years.
Provision of Renewal Subsequent Support and Subscription ("Renewal") to VMware's existing 7x24 licenses for a period of 1 to 4 years by VMware.
Provision of Renewal to existing 7x24 licenses for 1 to 4 years by vendors (VMware service partners).
Providing regular reports on the installed license base based on the request of the OVM user. The report will be provided by the vendor in coordination with VMware.
