- Framework agreement for the equipment of 750.7 series locomotives of the ETCS mobile part
Description of the contract: The subject of this Public Contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 131 of the Act, on the basis of which public procurement for the equipment of type series 750.7 will be awarded to the only selected participant in accordance with the procedure defined in the Framework Agreement. The contracting authority of the mobile part of the ETCS application level Level 2 (L2) complying with the basic standard 3 (Baseline 3) in version 3.4.0 guarantees that the future transition to version 3.6.0 will be possible only by software means (without hardware replacement), or compliant from the beginning of version 3.6.0, according to the ERA technical specification in accordance with the technical specification for interoperability according to the European Commission Regulation No. 2016/919 (TSI-CCS) (hereinafter also referred to as the "ETCS mobile part"), and in accordance with other applicable legal regulations and the ERTMS National Implementation Plan in the conditions of the Czech railway system.
