Description: The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with one participant in accordance with § 131 of the Public Procurement Act for the acquisition of up to 3 new trucks with container carriers according to the specification in the annex to the tender documentation. The client guarantees the purchase of 1 piece. Part of the subject of performance is also the performance of service (warranty) inspections and work specified by the manufacturer of the vehicle and its superstructure, for the duration of the required length of the warranty period, incl. related supplies of materials and spare parts, as well as all necessary related services.
Performance on the basis of the RD will take place in accordance with the procedure without renewal of the competition in accordance with § 134 of the Public Procurement Act, ie by issuing orders by the contracting authority.
