- The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement. The subject of public contracts awarded on the basis of a framework agreement is the supply of enamelled boards with printing for the purpose of marking specially protected areas, the NATURA 2000 system and commemorative trees in accordance with MoE Decree No. 45/2018 Coll. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 4 years from the date of signing the framework agreement with the three suppliers. Subcontracts will be awarded by a procedure with renewal of the competition (through mini-tenders) or without renewal of the competition, in accordance with the conditions specified in the framework agreement. The subject of performance is specifican by the text part of the tender documentation including all annexes, in particular by the framework agreement including all the annexes that make up the annex to the text part of the tender documentation.
