- Framework agreement - production of enamelled boards according to decree no. MoE No. 45/2018 Coll. 2023-2026
The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement. The subject of public contracts awarded on the basis of a framework agreement are the supplies consisting of the provision of enamelled boards with printing for the purpose of labeling especially cof protected areas, the NATURA 2000 system and memorial trees according to Ministry of Environment Decree No. 45/2018 Coll. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 4 years from the date of signing the framework agreement with the three suppliers. Subcontracts will be awarded by a procedure with renewed competition (through mini-tenders) or without renewed competition, andthis in accordance with the conditions specified in the framework agreement. The subject of performance is specified by the text part of the tender documentation including all annexes, in particular by the framework agreement including all annexes that form an annex to the text part of the tender documentation. - Documents :
