- Framework agreement - production of enamelled boards according to decree no. MoE c. 45/2018 Coll. 2023-2026
Description of the contract: The subject of procurement management is the conclusion of a framework agreement. The subject of public orders awarded on the basis of the framework agreement are deliveries consisting in the provision of enamelled boards with printing for the purpose of identificationevaluation of specially protected lands, the NATURA 2000 system and memorial trees according to the decree of the Ministry of the Interior c. 45/2018 Coll. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 4 years from the date of signing the framework agreement with the three suppliers. Dealer orders will be awarded by a procedure with renewal of the competition (through mini-tenders) or withoutven competition, in accordance with the conditions specified in the framework agreement. The subject of performance is specified in the text part of the tender documentation including all annexes, in particular the framework agreement including all annexes that form an annex to the text part of the tender documentation.
