- The subject of this Public Contract is the provision of post-warranty service for 14 special superstructures (platforms, hydraulic mechanics) in the territory of the capital city of Prague. The provider will provide post-warranty service for special modifications - superstructures. Post-warranty service will include performing all normal service pworks, i.e. mechanical repairs, electrical repairs, bodywork and painting work and ensuring technical inspection. For the purposes of repairs, the Client requires the delivery of parts identical to the parts mounted on special superstructures in the original production. The use of other parts is possible only with the consent of the Client. Furthermore, it is the subject of fullprovision of a towing service, delivery of a vehicle with a superstructure after service to the Principal's headquarters and possible rental of a replacement vehicle with a special superstructure.
The contracting authority specifies that the place of performance of this Public Contract will be the cadastral territory of city of Prague.
The client points out that the subject of performance jare superstructure repairs paid by the insurance company in connection with the liquidation of the insurance event. Furthermore, the Client states that the subject of the post-warranty bodywork service is not the repair of vehicles, the repair and application of decals.
A detailed description of the subject of the performance and other parameters of the performance are given in the binding model of the Framesof the agreement, which is Annex No. 2 of the procurement documentation.
