Description: The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement (hereinafter "FH") with a selected supplier in accordance with § 131 of the Public Procurement Act for the supply of clothing for about 500 employees of the contracting authority.
Performance on the basis of FH will take place without the renewal of the competition in accordance with § 134 of the Public Procurement Act, ie by issuing written invitations to provide performance by the contracting authority in an indefinite amount to the place of performance according to the current needs of the contracting authority, including the provision of related services (especially measurement, size testing , registration of equipment sheets, transport and distribution of goods to the place of performance).
