- The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement with one participant on the provision of services - expert technical assistance for projects, including strategic ones, mainly in the areas of: 1. Provision of services in the field of procurement strategy, including procurement route design, delivery methods and evaluation method nbids, analysis and risk management, including implementation on specific projects. 2. Provision of services in the area of drafts of access to the elaboration of technical assignments, including implementation on specific projects. 3. Provision of services in the field of education, setting processes, digitization and projectmanagement. 4. Provision of services in the field of tender administration. 5. Provision of Project Management services (contract management). 6. Provision of services of technical supervision of the builder. 7. Provision of KOO OSH services. The subject of the Public Contract is specified in detail in the Framework Agreement.
