Description: The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of the framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “RD”) for each part with one participant in accordance with Section 131 of the Public Procurement For Acquisition of up to 22 new tractors according to the specifications in Annex 1 of the ZPD (hereinafter referred to as the “Machines”) Designed for work in the field of growing activities of forestry or for municipal services, depending on the use of work adapters.
The client guarantees a total of 12 pieces. Part of the subject of performance is also the implementation of service (guarantee) inspections and work determined by machine manufacturers and their superstructures for the duration of the required length of the warranty period incl. with the related supplies of material and spare parts, as well as all the necessary services associated with it.
Fulfillment on the basis of RD will occur without the restoration of the competition in accordance with Section 134 of the Public Procurement Act, ie by issuing orders by the contracting authority
