• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the construction work of the Bastion I building, which is kept in the list of cultural monuments and parts of the follow -up fortifications in the historical part of the town of Jaroměř. Building modifications of the existing building no. 34 The layout will change and create a space for the second floor forMuseum exhibition. At the same time, a new wiring is designed in the walls of the walls. The wall of the wall, in which the wiring will be carried out will serve as a visitor center. Due to moisture leakage into the peripheral wall from the outdoor vault, the construction of the waterproofing layer is also part of the construction workopposite fortifications.
  The contracting authority states that the public contract is divided into two parts. The first part lies in the public contract, awarded in this proceedings and includes construction work, especially necessary for the location of the museum exhibition. The value of this part of the public contract is according to the budget of the designer 14.524.434,- CZKexcluding VAT. However, the contracting authority assumes the tender for this second part of the public contractThe course of implementation of the first part of the public contract.
