- The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the work within the project entitled: "Lavka 02-M-02-STEN-under the Black Trail, Broumov II". The subject is the construction of a new bridge (footbridge 02-M-step), which converts the road through the riverbed with permanent flow (wall-water line IDVT: 10100289). TroughThe flow is led in an open riverbed in the area of interest. The original bridge building, which consisted of a steel supporting structure with a reinforced concrete bridge and a massive stone substructure, was significantly damaged in September 2024 due to floods. The deck has previously been removed for safety reasons and inThe original substructure will also be removed. The subject of the public contract is described in detail in the project documentation elaborated by MDS Project s.r.o., IČ: 27487938, Foersterova 175, 566 01 Vysoke Myto (hereinafter referred to as "Project Documentation")(blind budgets). The technical specifications are included in the project documentation. The project documentation is annexed to this tender documentation "Annex 5 Projectdocumentation".
