- The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the work within the project entitled: "Lavka 02-M-02-STEN-under the Black Trail, Broumov". The subject is the construction of a new bridge (footbridge 02-M-step), which converts the road through the riverbed with permanent flow (wall-water line IDVT: 10100289). WatercourseIt is led in an open riverbed in the area of interest. The original bridge building, which consisted of a steel load -bearing structure with a reinforced concrete deck and a massive stone substructure, was significantly damaged due to floods in September 2024. The deck has previously been removed for safety reasons and within theThe construction of the new bridge will also be removed by the original substructure. The subject of the public contract is described in detail in the project documentation elaborated by MDS Project s.r.o., IČ: 27487938, Foersterova 175, 566 01 Vysoke Myto (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Documentation").budgets). The technical specifications are included in the project documentation. The project documentation is annexed to this tender documentation "Annex 5 Projectdocumentation".
