- The subject of the public contract is the provision of horticultural services and supplies in the FNO premises, consisting in particular of chemical weeding of flower beds, coverings (flower beds, containers, roof garden), removal of faded and dead parts of plants from flower beds, containers, including removal and disposal of waste, removal ofpruning of trees, health pruning of trees, educational pruning of trees, rejuvenation and pruning of bushes, repair and adjustment of anchoring, raking leaves from beds on the level, on the roof garden, and other work and supplies, according to the budget. Furthermore, the removal of unsuitable trees, felling of trees and removal of stumps by milling. Works do not include cuttingthe cultivation of free grassy areas.
All work includes cleaning, moving and hauling, and waste disposal. In the case of felling trees, the removal and disposal of wood material (logs, tongs) will be ensured.
All waste must be handled in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amendedand related legal regulations.
In case of necessity (requirement arises), the contractor must be able to perform grouting at a rate of 10 m3/day. The work will be carried out according to the current weather. A more detailed definition of the subject of performance is clear from the ZD.
