• The subject of the public contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the complete realization of the building listed below, to the extent and according to the conditions set out in the project documentation for the implementation of the construction (hereinafter also referred to as the "Project Documentation") and the inventory of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of measurements (hereinafter also referred to as the "List of Works"), which form part of this tender documentation. Construction, for the purposes of this public contract, means the construction of the inpatient unit of the 1st internal clinic of the FN Plzeň, located on the 5th floor. above-ground floor (ground floor) of building No. 2, Lochotín campus. This public contract is not divided into parts in the sense of § 35 ZZVZ. A brief description of the subject of the public contract is given in section 2. Procurement documentation.
