The subject of the public contract is to provide contractual full service security for 10 years (of which 2 years free warranty service + 8 years of flat monthly payment after the end of the warranty period).
The public contract is not divided into parts within the meaning of Section 101 of the Region, the participants are therefore entitled to submit only an offer involving all items of the subject of the public contract.
