Description: The subject of the public contract is the delivery of a new (not repasited) medical devices and equipment (ultrasonographic techniques - devices, probes, etc.) including assembly, putting the supplied equipment into operation, installation and operator instructions, with the aim of the workplace facility. The subject of the public contract is the subsequent provision of the required level of contract service security (implementation of repeated service activities) after the warranty period for the expected life of the device (8 years).
The public contract is not divided into parts within the meaning of Section 101 of the Region, the participants are therefore entitled to submit only an offer involving all items of the subject of the public contract.
