• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the Public Contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the re-laying of networks, the construction of land, transport and line structures, including the supply of operating sets and built-in interior equipment and built-in medical technology. Alone the object is designed as a free-standing new building without connection with surrounding existing buildings, but linked to operations in the client's premises as well as direct access from outside the premises. On the north side, it connects to the external road and parking lot, on the other sides the object connects to the inside of the Principal's campus communication. It is an eight-story building with one partially sunken underground floor and seven above-ground floors. The building will be used for outpatient and inpatient operations of the clinic for infectious diseases and dermatology clinics. The operations are logically divided into floors so that one outpatient floor is for the KIN outpatient clinic, the vaccination center and special consultations, the second outpatient floor is for the skin clinic (therapeutic ambulance, children's ambulance, general ambulance, STI ambulance and procedure room), three beds floors are for KIN (ICU+IMP, bed unit for children and adults), one bed floor is for the skin department and the last floor is for the facilities of both clinics.
